You Are Welcome to FBC II
POSTED: 2009-07-01 19:46:10

We will like to welcome you to FasteCash Blogging Contest II (FBC II).

FBC I was a great one and it is presently still the talk of the town. I must tell you that the FBC I was impactful. Stars were born immediately after contest. Our greatest joy is that some of the last contestants leverage on the contest to launch their own Internet businesses.

For example the winner of the FBC I Charles Ogboka is presently a well known Internet marketer and consultant. He has also be featured in Success Digest Extra Newspaper where he spoke about how he won the cash prize of N50,000.00 in FBC I. The other participants are doing greatly as they send different messages once a while to us as per their progress after the contest.

We are about to develop other set of Internet/blog stars and experts. We encourage participants to take this opportunity to learn and develop their blogging skills rather than putting all their efforts in winning the contest prizes. We believe that with good contents and hard work on improving your blogs, people will naturally follow you and vote for you.You would have also learnt a lot of things about the art and science of blogging.

We also want to encourage our voters to genuinely cast their votes and should not base it on sentiment. This, we believe, will help contestants to get your candid opinions and improve on whatever they are doing.

I will like to end this by quoting the word of the 3rd winner of FBC I, Ekpo Ekpo which he posted on May 29, 2009 on www.secnig.com forum. He said, “…new ebook on "How to Drive Crazy Traffic To Your Blog" will not be complete without including FasteCash Blogging Contest”.

He participated in the last blogging contest and I believed, based on the experience he had during the contest, he knew that this is one of the best way ever to drive traffic to your blog.

We therefore make a bold point that this is one of the best things that is happening to blogosphere! So, keep blogging, keep voting, keep commenting, it’s all about innovation!

To Your Multiple Opportunities,

Gbeminiyi Oluwabusola, Managing Director, TechClick Limited www.fastecash.com

I sincerely register my annoyance with you. I have complained before but nothing is coming forth from it. I am operating a cybercafe and all my fans are more or less my customers in my office as I don\'t have other downlines to vote me. If I am involved in what you people perceive to cut us off I would have won the last blog contest because I contested last time but didn\'t win. Once one of them vote others have not been able to vote again for the day becasue I am using one IP address. I can\'t take because am contesting for blog contest to start changing ip address. the mgt should pls do somethng about this. thank you.

WHY ALL THIS. VERY UNFORTUNATE.

In as much as I love the measures you are taking to correct or minimise fraudulent voting. I have to be frank with you. I participated in the last first blogging contest and it was wonderful. I couldn't get to anywhere because I had no downline. Now here we are again for another contest, but the measures you claim to put in place is marginalising some people in my category. Yes I operate a cybercafe and I tried begging and sensitising my customers to join open account to support me. we discovered that today, none of them was able to cast a vote telling them they have voted before. hhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm. I suppose it is my IP that is reading. but thats where my strength is. Please something should be done about this.

I can't vote because of the turning number. coming back to try again, its telling me that I have voted before for the day when I couldn't make any vote. Please, the user id is enough to checkmate the voting. something should be done about this pls. even a friend who wanted to vote for me called me to make the same complain as mine. mgt take note.

unjust/wrong motive of voting

I want to appreciate the management of FASTECASH for this wonderful opportunity given to us to have fun on net. I wish also to say that the manner many people are casting their vote in this contest is uncalled for as such was in existence in the first blogging contest. many people are just voting others negatively (especially contesters who can't vote their fellow contestants positively) thereby reducing the number vote others voted for their person. with this I suggest that the negative aspect of the voting should be removed and the contestants should not also vote. This will at least force some people to be positive minded and not just focus on the cash price.

I wish to commend the mgt of FASTECASH who gave such an opportunity like this to interract with ourselves. I want to register or rather complain of my observations in the Blost contest II voting pattern. Though a price cash is set to be grabbed by the first three runners, I want to say that if the major aim of contesting is just the money, then anything goes to make sure that the money is grabbed. consequently, majority of the voters resort in demoting every other person except their own person. hence reduction in votes cast for people by others. I suggest the mgt should remove the negative part of voting and leave only the positive, so that whatever vote anyone get should be there for the person. shallon

The FBC, will no doubt go down in History as the innovation that pioneered the New Face of the Nigerian Blogoshere that we'll soon see.

It's a great honour to be part of it and A BIG GBOSA! To everyone that made it happen, that's making it happen and that will make it happen again in this Face II.
